Description Joe Cowan and Denis carney led a new minstrelsy first part of the programme. W. B. Warner, now sole lessee of the Tivoli, sang coster songs and the patriotic 'Star of Australia.' The advertised farce, 'The Tenement House,' was replaced with another performance of 'Under the Gas Pipe.'
