| Description |
A young woman comes from another world to see if life is really as difficult as people make it out to be. Strindberg wanted 'to imitate the disjointed yet seemingly logical shape of a dream. Everything can happen, everything is possible and peobable. Time and space do not exist'. This updated text by Caryl Churchill was first performed at the National Theatre, London in 2005. Sydney Theatre School will present four different versions, each with its own cast and directoer, over four nights. |
