| Description |
This show will be a dance-drama based on rural life in Bangladesh. It will combine drama and songs with the narrative in English. The Naksi (The Field of the Embroidered Quilt) by poet Jhmasimuddin Ah, is a tragic love story of a village boy and girl that reflects rural Bengali culture. The Group will also present colourful melodies of classical and folk dancing accompanied by traditional and contemporary instruments at their lunchtime showcases. |
