The second of the series of concerts in aid of the All Souls' Organ Fund was held at St. Peter's Town Hall, on Thursday evening, July 27, before a crowded house. The performers were the Misses Maud Davis and Hollbrook, Messrs. Lamb, A. H. Daniel, and Carter, while the Modern Pickwick Club played the comedy, " Faint Heart Never Won Fair Lady," the characters being well sustained by Misses Howe and Potter, and Messrs. A. C. Herbert and B. H. Gillman. The third concert will be given in about a month. |
