| Description |
Belton filmed live dance, morphed it through 3D animation and created a virtual voyage embracing the big ideas - time, art, science. Belton places his dancers amid the immense landscape of Castle Hill near Christchurch. A core inspiration for the work is 19th century French photographer and scientist Etienne-Jules Marcy, who Belton sys 'revolutionised the way we visualise time and motion with chronophotography'. |
