ACT Magazine Feb 1985 page 12: Noted that celebrations were held in December 1984 in Christchurch to honour the 40th anniversary of the first Shakespearean tour of New Zealand by a local company - Canterbury University College Drama Society - with a modern dress Hamlet and Othello in 1944, under the direction of Ngaio Marsh. Those expected at the reunion are Jack Henderson (head of Script Division at BBC) who played Hamlet and Iago, Ursula Cooke and Paul Molineaux who played Othello. A short run to follow at Her Majesty's Theatre, Dunedin, from 21 December 1944.
