Mr C. Kemble Mason has the honor to announce his Second Entertainment in the above commodious building for Next TUESDAY, March 18th. Doors open at half-past 7, to oommence at 8 p. m , On which occasion, he will take for his Subject, Shakespeare's great Historical play of 'MACBETH,' King of Scotland. An exposition will be given of the characters of Macbeth, and Lady Macbeth ; and the true nature of the 'WEIRD SISTERS,' so often misrepresented, will be likewise exemplified — the whole subject will be illustrated by copious Readings and Recitations of all the most striking and beautiful passages. An Intermission of 5 Minutes. Part Second. Will consist of the following selections from writings of Scotland's great national poet, ROBERT BURNS. |
