Description George Sorlie, Australia's popular singing comedian, and his new showboat of stars, commence their Armidale season in the marquee theatre erected in the Market Square. Sorlie will appear with Vernon and Corletia, the Kermond Brothers, Laurie Long, Eve Hilton, Mortimer, Alex Walker, the Eight Rhythm Rascals and Walter Reynolds' Rhythm Band.
