Description George Sorlie, Australia's popular singing comedian, and his new show boat of stars commence their annual Show week season in the marquee theatre to be erected at the corner of Macquarie and Talbragar Streets for four nights. Headlining is Frank Radcliffe. Others include Vernon and Carleita, Laurie Long, the Kermond brothers, Jack Mortimer, Jack Arnold, Ronie Shand, Gwen Matthews, Zilla and Gloria, Buddy Morley, Tom Richards, Roy McDonnell, Marjorie Low, the Eight Rhythm Rascals, orchestra under the baton of Wally Reynolds.
