Cooking as practised by Chinese women demonstrated by Mrs Elsie Lee Soong, one of the delegates from the Shanghai Women's Club. Her co-delegate, Mrs Fabian Chow gives songs at the piano. The demonstration has been arranged by the League of Nations Union in co-operation with the Metropolitan Gas Company Proceeds will go to the China Relief Fund. |
