| Description |
"P. and O. 1930" is an impressive, yet little known work which shows a side of Coward not apparent in other works. Most of the passengers on the cruise liner are drawn with wicked accuracy by the witty and satirical Master, but his shrewd observance of human frailities and vaities enables him to present us with other passengers who are pathetic, lost and even mysterious. |
