| Description |
On Saturday night upwards of 700 persons were present, a large number of whom were Chinese, witnessed the acrobatic performances of two of their celestial brethren. The Chinese performers executed several difficult and peculiar somersaults which drew forth from the audience loud and frequent applause. One of them is a professional of long standing, and has appeared in the principal cities of Europe and California with great success. |
