| Description |
Bharata Natyam is the classical dance of southern India, where its blend of spiritual intensity and aesthetic beauty were developed over many centuries. Vivek Kinra has performed throughout the world, and has been highly acclaimed as an outstanding solo dancer.
Just as Bharata Natyam evolved in the temples of south eastern India, Mohiniattam was nurtured in the temples of Kerala, in the south west. Tara Rajkumar received her training in Mohiniattam from Kalyanikutti Amma, one of the most revered teachers of this style. She has performed widely in India, Europe and Australia. |
