| Description |
The fourth festival taking place at Worthy Farm.
The first festival of the 1980s took on a new name: Glastonbury CND Festival reflecting the membership of the Campaign for the Nuclear Disarmament. Proceeds from the festival went to the Mid-Somerset CND campaign, and in return CND promoted the event and handled ticket sales.
The second Pyramid Stage was built in 1981 on the same spot as the 1971 structure. |
