Description |
Miss Joan Rayner will give a recital under the auspices of the Greenleaf Theatre na the Australian Hall (formerly Concordia) on Monday evening, February 25, in aid of the Girls' Realm Guild. Miss Rayner will act and recite "On the Road," the adventure of a strolling player. Plan and tickets at Nicholson's as notified. |

The Rayners were influenced by Constance Smedley an English relative who established a Greenleaf Theatre in London, influenced by symbolist performance and design ideas. In 1925 the travelled to London to work with her.
