Description The "Royal Museum and Palace of Amusement," under the direction of Mr John Solomon, will be opened to the public on Wednesday next. It is situated in George-street, opposite the Town Hall. It is described as having on one floor "all kinds of ancient relics, curios, and figures of historical people," while a second floor will be devoted to "beautiful working models," and on another will take place high-class concerts, orchestral selections, and varied amusements, and on yet another floor, various "physiologieai wonders" will be exhibited.
