| Description |
Precious is a play with a difference. It is described as a "wacky modem fairy tale about Gus, a girl living with an intellectual disability. Gus' parents are inventors who have devoted their lives to protecting her from the dangers of being 'different' in a world full of 'same'." Some of their inventions include a full body bumper bar a personal alarm and an 'I'm Lost' tape so she can find her way home. Precious is a heartwarming presentation of a desire for acceptance of who we are and our individuality, as well as our wish tor friendship with others. |
