Description There were but four characters, but they all required high-class acting. Mr. G. Willoughby presented a powerful sketch of a disabled soldier who had won the Victoria Cross, but who bad been cowardly enough to leave the mother of his child. However, the empty stocking was filled; the child found her father; he redeemed his character; and the curtain fell on- a happy scene.
