Before a distinguished gathering, Miss Wunderlich made her first appearance in Sydney, in the prettily-decorated Paling Concert Hall, on Tuesday afternoon. She has studied in Liverpool and at the Frankfurt Conservatorium. Her charming voice, which she terms mezzo soprano, but which would be more accurately described as ar mezzo-contralto, is richly full of sympathetic quality, not very large, and of adequate range for the programme presented.
