Description | A farce. A noble and penniless English lord of the stage variety (played by the author) visiting America to marry an heiress he invites himself to the home of a plutocrat, mildly threatens blackmail, proposes to the heiress, who is already engaged to Jack Pemberton, who is in a love intrigue with his hostess.
