Social Nondescripts |
| Abstract/Description |
In every metropolis in Australia there is a particular locality known to the initiated as "Poverty Point," and it is here where social nondescripts most do congregate. In Sydney, for instance, it is, or was a few years ago, at the intersection of King and Pitt streets; in Melbourne, the south-eastern corner, at the junction of Bourke and Swanston streets, forms the favorite rendezvous. |
