Music and Drama. Rostand's "Aiglon |
| Abstract/Description |
next Tuesday night, the University Dramatic Society will bring forward another
famous Rostand play, namely "L'Aiglon." ... In the production next week the role of the "eaglet," Napoleon's ill fated son, will be taken by Mr. Peter Osborn. Already, in SH Vara's "Caprice," Mr. Osborn has shown his capacity to represent sympathetically and convincingly the character of a young boy. In the romantic environment of the Rostand play he will have opportunities of an ampler sort. |
