Description "A retired army general decides to form a movement to rid France of 'maggots' & restore the desire for discipline, austerity & hard work that he believes is lacking in the modern, corrupt society. He gathers about him the most unlikely supporters - a conservative doctor, a doddery lecher, a devoted fool & a crumbling aristrocrat, none of whom is particularly spirited, all of whom are quite ridiculous.
