Description Set in a seared landscape of the Australian interior, a group of figures struggles to survive a buried past, shaped by generations that feared they will never be at peace in this country. Drawing on various cultural iconography such as the 70s film Wake in Fright, Russell Drysdale's landscapes and Tracey Moffatt's photography, Incognita explores ideas of location, displacement, occupation and isolation.
