Description A Polish play written in 1970. In many ways it is a piece written for actors about actors, in that it is a play about the putting on of a play. Three artists - a performance painter who wants to be a director, a director who wants to be an actor and a musician who wants to be great - have immense difficulty rehearsing a simple, modern play.
