Description Levels of human stupidity have not diminished in the last year nor has stand up philosopher Stephen Sheely's fascination with them. So following sold out shows at last year's fringe he is back with his wheel of random stories about overpriced tulips, crappy art and brain-dead fish and a heap of new stuff about epic fails and people who should have known better.
