Description | "The call of the West came across the Nullarbor..."
Their parent's Tarago. A pristine lake. Six young friends reunite on a camping trip to the 'untouched' outback of Western Australia. Old jokes, rivalries and attractions are rekindled. They don't have a care in the world... until they unintentionally violate sacred land and an Indigenous man is murdered. A play about identity, tribalism, privilege, and cultural division in 'modernised', 'carefree' colonial Australia. Written by Chris Isaacs ('Fag/Stag', 'All That Glitters', 'Falling Through Clouds') and winner of PAWA Best New Play. |
