| Description | About a week ago from 09/02/1857 an immense congregation of blacks held a corroboree which was well attended by the white population. The gentlemen in black have repeated the piece nightly to the infinite amusement of their white brethren and to their own profit. Described as a truly picturesque and natural drama the writer of the article recommends Mr. Stephens from Our Lyceum in Sydney (Australian Bunyips) to take a lesson out of their book. | |||||
