Description |
' "Not Now Darling" is an almost classic demonstration of what good farce should be. The authors Ray Cooney and John Chapman are masters of their craft. They are not innovators but firm traditionalists.
The play is clearly designed for that vanished phenomenon of the bourgeois theatre, the tired businessman. By a stroke of luck however, itis just as good for the tired intellectual.' |
