Description |
Sync, by Dutch choreographer Nils Christe, is an exhilarating and energetic piece, set to propulsive, percussive music. By contrast, François Klaus¿s Chant d¿Amour is a moving, lyrical pas de deux which ebbs and flows to the sounds of soulful Portuguese fados. Australian choreographer Kim McCarthy has carefully and precisely crafted his work, Nineteen, in response to the music, Mozart¿s Piano Concerto No. 19. Completing the program of stylish and stimulating dance is a new work, titled Refraction, by young choreographer and Queensland Ballet dancer, Gareth Belling. |
