Description | The year is 1971 - sexism and police corruption and brutality are rife. Men, for the moment, sit comfortably in their powerful positions in the hierarchy, but changes are slowly taking place. Instead of staying with her abusive husband, the young woman, Fiona, decides to leave him and take most of their furniture with him. Sargeant Simmons, on the pretence of protecting the woman, but really being more interested in getting into her sister Kate's pants, offers to help her move the furniture. On arriving at Fiona's house a confrontation with Fiona's husband ensues which is violent and unpredictable. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
