Orpheus McAdoo was an African-American singer famous for his worldwide tours with McAdoo's American Minstrels and McAdoo's Alabama Cakewalkers. This troup conducted a very successful Australian tour in both regional and metropolitan areas. The shows consisted of music, dance and comedy.
