Description |
Wendy Wasserstein's play centres on a group of women and their search for identity and independence. These are women who want it all - sisterhood, motherhood, love in the bedroom and respect in the boardroom. In charting their relationships with each other and the men in their lives, The Heidi Chronicles confronts the idealistic baby-boomers of the 1960s who grew up to become the pragmatic power-brokers of the late 1980s. |
