Ferenc Molnar's witty play, "The Guardsman " one of the most successful of the Viennese playwiight's comedies, was given its first public performance in Sydney by the Independent Theatre group on Saturday night, when it was presented by Mr Richaid White for a season of four nights at the Criterion (late Kursaal) Theatre in Miller Street North
