Contribute
AusStage welcomes contributions from our users - from artists, spectators, producers, agents, students, teachers, researchers, librarians, archivists and the public.
You can contribute information to AusStage in several ways.
- Search and send comments. Search for yourself or for a person, organisation or venue you know. Look over the records and contribute information to AusStage by sending a comment. When you are browsing AusStage, you will see an option to 'Comment on this record'
. Click the icon to send a comment on the record you are viewing. When we receive your comment, we will review the record and make appropriate changes. We will let you know when the record is ready to view.
- Contribute event information. Use this form to contribute information on performing arts productions and other live events. You may contribute information on current, upcoming or past events. You can also use this form to suggest changes to events already in AusStage. When we receive your contribution, we will add information to AusStage where appropriate, and let you know when it is ready to view.
- Contribute performing arts collection information. Use this form to contribute information on collections related to the performing arts. You may contribute information on materials in libraries, museums, archives and personal collections. We will add appropriate information to AusStage's resource directory and let you know when it is ready to view.
- Send a query or request. Use this form to send us a query or request about the information in AusStage. We are able to conduct complex searches on request, undertake detailed analysis and generate reports on the results. We also welcome your suggestions for enhancing the information in AusStage and improving how the database works.
Please include your name and email address with your contribution. We will not provide your personal information to any other person or organisation.
Contributions are reviewed for accuracy and relevance before they are added to AusStage.
